Contact Абакумова Татьяна Рудольфовна
В 1988 г. закончила педиатрический факультет Казанского Государственного медицинского института, прошла ординатуру (1992-1994 гг.) и аспирантуру (1994-1997 гг.) на кафедре "Нервные болезни" КГМА. Кандидат медицинских наук (1998 г.). С января 2000 г. работает на кафедре клинической фармакологии и фармакотерапии КГМА, является доцентом кафедры. Объектом научных интересов Абакумовой Т.Р. является изучение влияния психотропных лекарственных средств на центральную нервную систему. Абакумова Т.Р. – врач-невролог высшей категории, является врачом клиническим фармакологом секретариата Формулярно-терапевтического комитета МЗ РТ. Абакумова Т.Р. автор и соавтор 66 научных трудов, в том числе 10 учебных и методических пособий и рекомендаций, соавтор 23 справочников из серии «Доказательная медицина» издательства Москва ГЭОТАР-МЕД (2003г) и справочника лекарственных средств, отпускаемых по рецепту врача (фельдшера) при оказании дополнительной бесплатной медицинской помощи отдельным категориям граждан, имеющим право на получение государственной социальной помощи «Лекарственные средства» (2005, 2006, 2007гг), под ред. Р.У.Хабриева, А.Г Чучалина, отв. ред. Л.Е.Зиганшина - официальное издание Министерства здравоохранения и социального развития РФ и Протокола ведения больных с острыми нарушениями мозгового кровообращения на догоспитальном этапе и в условиях «стационар на дому» (взрослое население) и Протокола ведения больных с острыми нарушениями мозгового кровообращения в условиях стационара (2006 г.) Абакумова Т.Р. активно работает в Кокрановском сотрудничестве, является соавтором систематического обзора «Cerebrolysin for acute ischaemic stroke» (2010 г).

Oleg Apolihin was born in October,18th in 1960(Kurgansk region) 1985 - Graduated from Voronezh State Medical Institute named after N.N. Burdenko 1985-1986 - Worked as a specialist in urology at the emergency hospital of Voronezh city 1986 up to the present - Oleg Apolihin has been working at the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, where he began working as a specialist in urology and then obtained the position of the vice director for research in the Urology Department of the Research Institute(RI) of the Russian Ministry of Health . He presented a thesis “Thermotherapy for benign prostatic hyperplasia”. O.I. Apolihin had been attending the following postgraduate courses in the Academy of Further Education of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation: • Surgical emergencies in urology, Ambulatory urology ,Medical Expert Committee in urology He also studied in foreign universities such as: • University of Medical technologies (ACTIM in France,1995),faculty of Medicine and Economics, specialty – economics in health care and the introduction of new technologies and modern equipment • Oxford Brookes University, England (2000-2001), faculty of MBA,course of medical ethics and administrative law in healthcare • since 2001 up to the present :Oxford University Press, England, evidence based medicine course Oleg Apolihin is active in academic and research issues. He is the senior managing editor of the “Urology” journal. He has written more than 100 articles. At the present time Oleg Apolihin controls the development of acts for managing the patients and standards of medical help in urology in the RI of urology of the Russian Federation. He is the vice president of the Russian Society of Urologists, where he attends international issues. He is a member of the Moscow Society of Urologists, an actual member of the European Urological Association (EUA) and American Urological Association (AUA).

Afanasieva Elena Yulievna was born on December the 14th 1976 in Moscow. In the year 2000 she graduated from the medical faculty of Moscow Medical Academy named after I.M.Sechenov. The very same year she entered clinical residency in therapeutics and occupational diseases clinic at the Moscow Medical Academy named after I.M. Sechenov and worked there till 2002. Since July 2002 Elena Yulievna worked in the medical toxicological laboratory of the Experimental Cardiology Institute of the “Russian Cardiological scientific production complex of the Ministry of Health and Social Development” Federal State University as a laboratory assistant. In May 2005 she became a staff scientist. Since the year 2007 she has been a senior staff scientist in that laboratory and this is her current post. She is the author of 32 publications that were published in Russia and abroad on topics such as clinical pharmacology, microelementology and toxicology and a tutorial for toxicological chemistry studies “Metabolism and analysis of toxins” (Moscow, GEOTAR-Media publishing house, 2008, 1016 pages).

E.E. Achkasov was born in August,29th in 1974( Moscow). 1997 - He graduated from the Moscow Medical Academy (MMA) named after I.M. Sechenov,phisician specialty. His student’s scientific work was honored by the Russian Ministry of Education as “the best student work” (under the guidance of the member of the RAS ,professor V.K. Gostishchev) 1997-1999 He had been a resident of the surgical diseases department #2 of the MMA. 1999-2001 - graduate student of the surgical diseases department of the MMA. He presented a thesis “The role of the minimally invasive colon decompression in the treatment of the large bowel obstruction” 2001-2005 – assistant to the hospital surgery department #1 of the MMU general medicine faculty. 2005-2009 - assistant professor of the hospital surgery department #1 of the MMU general medicine faculty. Achkasov was honored as an “assistant professor “of the hospital surgery department in 2007. E. E. Achkasov presented a thesis and received a doctor degree in medical sciences in 2008 (scientific consulter – prof. A. V. Pugachyov).E.E Achkasov is active in academic and research issues. He is the scientific director of the following dissertations: “The role of anorectal plastic surgeries in the treatment of benign structures of the anal canal” and “Strategies of surgical treatment of high risk surgery and anesthesia patients with acute cholecystitis” He is a member of the Surgical Society of Moscow and the Moscow Region ,Russian Surgical Society named after N. I. Pirogov, Society of Russian Endoscopic Chirurgists, scientific society “Endoscopic surgery”,Russian Gastroenterological Association, Russian Society of Gastroenterological Chirurgists, International organization “Association of hepatological chirurgists”, member of the editorial collegium of the ¨Moscow Surgical Magazine¨ , editor of the column “ Emergencies in Abdominal Surgery¨ , author of 140 scientific works, including 28 reports, which were partially demonstrated during international conferences and the author of 2 monographs: “Tumorous obstruction of the colon”(2005), and “Acute pancreatitis” (2007).E.E. He was born in 1951 in a medical family in Kislovodsk. That’s why he begun reading and writing simultaneously with learning medicine. By the end of the school studies he has no other way except entering a medical university. 1974 - Graduated from the Moscow Medical Institute of Dentistry He studied in a clinical residency and in a graduate center, watched by sickbeds, wrote and presented dissertations. He worked as a medical assistant, assistant professor and reached a professor degree. He created the National Academic and Research Society of Emergency Help. In the beginning this organization was based only on the enthusiasm but nowadays the society unites more than 3500 specialists in 300 cities throughout Russia. During 20 years of work he had been training 110 candidates and 15 physicians, who are working nowadays in 3 countries and 20 cities.

Vasily Victorovich Vlasov graduated from the Military Medical Academy. He started his research work as a physiologist. Later he did research in clinical physiology and clinical epidemiology fields, mostly the methodology of efficiency diagnostic tests assessment. Since 1988 he was a head of a department at the Saratov Medical University. Since 2001 he is a professor of the Physical and technological department at the Moscow Medical Academy, Economy High School. The main scientific and public interests include developing of the effective and fair public health system, medical ethics and science. Закончил с отличием лечебный факультет Казанского государственного медицинского института имени С.В.Курашова в 1974 году и клиническую ординатуру по терапии. С 1976 года работал в должности ассистента кафедры госпитальной терапии КГМИ под руководством заслуженного деятеля науки РТ профессора Богоявленского В.Ф., с 1985 года – в должности доцента кафедры клинической фармакологии. В 1977 году защитил кандидатскую диссертацию на тему «Динамика некоторых показателей метаболических процессов при ревмокардитах». С 1994 года работает на кафедре терапии №2 Казанского ГИДУВа, с 1996 года – зав. кафедрой терапии и семейной медицины КГМА. Им выполняется докторская диссертация на тему «Пути оптимизации лечения больных с ревматической болезнью сердца». Газизов Р.М. является автором 218 научных работ, в том числе 2 монографий и 2 руководств для врачей. Среди них: «Неотложная помощь в практике семейного врача: руководство для врачей» (1-е издание[2004] и 2-е издание испр. и допол.[2008]), монографии «Применение лекарственных растений в терапевтической практике» (2009) и «Гемореологические нарушения и методы их коррекции при заболеваниях сердца»(2010). Под руководством Р.М.Газизова выполнены 4 кандидатские диссертации. В 2002 году избран членом Евро-Азиатской АМН. Член редакционного совета Казанского медицинского журнала. В 1998-2008 г.г. работал деканом терапевтического факультета КГМА, 2004-2009 г.г. исполнял обязанности главного внештатного специалиста-эксперта МЗ РТ по общеврачебной практике.

Hans V. Hogerzeil (Netherlands, 1951) qualified as a medical doctor from Leiden University in the Netherlands and received a PhD in public health in 1984. For five years he was a mission doctor in India and Ghana and in 1985 he joined the WHO Action Programme of Essential Drugs, first in the Regional Office for the Eastern Mediterranean in Alexandria, and later in WHO's headquarters in Geneva. As a staff member of WHO he has advised more than forty developing countries, especially in Africa and Asia, on the development of their national medicines policy, essential drugs list and essential drugs programme. As Secretary of the WHO Expert Committee on the Selection and Use of Essential Medicines he initiated the 2002 changes in procedures for updating the Model List of Essential Medicines, which stronger emphasis on evidence-based selections. He established the web-based WHO Essential Medicines Library and was of the editors of the WHO Model Formulary in 2006. In his current position as Director for Essential Medicines and Pharmaceutical Policies he is responsible for all WHO's global policies, norms and standards on medicines, as well as all technical country support to Member States in the field of medicines (currently support programmes in over 100 countries, covering access to essential medicines, quality, and rational use). He is also the Chair of the Interagency Pharmaceutical Coordination Group which coordinates the pharmaceutical policies and programmes of all major UN agencies, the Global Fund and the World Bank. Dr Hogerzeil is the editor of several WHO books on essential medicines policies, the quality use of medicines, medicines in emergency situations and essential medicines for reproductive health. He has published over 50 scientific papers in peer-reviewed journals and teaches every year at international courses all over the world. In 1996 he was invited to become a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians in Edinburgh and in 1998 he received an honorary Doctorate of Science from the Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, Scotland. He is married with four children. His recent interests include essential medicines for reproductive health, access to essential medicines as part of the fulfilment of the right to health, and the development of a patent pool for combination therapies for the second-line treatment of HIV/AIDS. Since 1998 she has been learning science ethics, clinical examinations, the history of medicine in Kazan and the quality of patient life. She is also an expert of biomedical investigations. She was an organizator and secretary of the committee of ethics of the Kazan Medical University. Nowadays she is the vice director of the committee of ethics of the Kazan Medical University.

I’m a psychiatrist with a background in psychology (BA 1975, UC San Diego) and pharmacology (PhD 1983, Yale). Since completing specialist training in New Zealand (FRANZCP 1989) I’ve worked as an academic liaison psychiatrist in that country and in the UK. My current post is Associate Professor of Psychiatry, Waikato Clinical School, University of Auckland, where I’ve been since 2006. I am author or co-author of 11 book chapters and 112 peer-reviewed journal publications. My interest in the sociology and politics of drug treatment has led to an active role in www.healthySkepticism.org and the International Society of Drug Bulletins, www.isdbweb.org. On behalf of both prescribers and consumers, I am keen to promote both access to quality drug information and the policies required to protect it from distortion by commercial interests. Joel Lexchin received his MD from the University of Toronto in 1977 and for the past 23 years has been an emergency physician at The University Health Network. He is currently a Professor in the School of Health Policy and Management at York University and an Associate Professor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the University of Toronto. From 1992-94 he was a member of the Ontario Drug Quality and Therapeutics Committee and he was the chair of the Drugs and Pharmacotherapy Committee of the Ontario Medical Association from 1997-99. He has been a consultant for the province of Ontario, various arms of the Canadian federal government, the World Health Organization, the government of New Zealand and the Australian National Prescribing Service. He is the author or co-author of over 105 peer-reviewed articles on topics such as physician prescribing behaviour, pharmaceutical patent issues, the drug approval process and prescription drug promotion. He is a coauthor of Drugs of Choice: A Formulary for General Practice and author of Drug Therapy for Emergency Physicians.

профессор, доктор фармацевтических наук. Родился 25 ноября 1972 г. в Москве. В 1995 г. окончил фармацевтический факультет Московской медицинской академии им. И.М. Сеченова (ныне - Первый Московский государственный медицин-ский университет им. И.М. Сеченова). В период с 1993 г. по 1998 г. работал в Центре химии лекар-ственных средств – ВНИХФИ в должности инженера сектора фармакокинетики лаборатории ле-карственной токсикологии. В 1997 г., являясь участником обменной программы между ММА им. И.М. Сеченова и университетами г. Утрехт и г. Лейден (Нидерланды), принимал участие в работе по созданию классификатора лекарственных форм для Европейского указателя лекарственных средств и в работе по поиску новых препаратов для лечения СПИДа. В 1998 г. защитил кандидат-скую диссертацию на тему «Изучение фармакокинетики новых психотропных соединений». В пе-риод с 1997 г. по 2000 г. работал в рамках проекта Минздрава РФ и Фармакопейной конвенции США «Рациональный фармацевтический менеджмент»: формулярная система, рациональное ис-пользование лекарственных средств, методы получения и обработки фармацевтической инфор-мации. С 1998 г. по 2006 г. ассистент кафедры фармацевтической химии фармацевтического фа-культета ММА им. И.М. Сеченова. Параллельно с 2002 г. по 2003 г. работал в должности ведущего научного сотрудника лаборатории фармацевтической химии НИИ фармации ММА им. И.М. Сече-нова. В период с 1999 г. по 2004 г. являлся членом химической комиссии Фармакопейного государ-ственного комитета Минздрава РФ. Принимал участие в разработке общих фармакопейных статей для Государственной фармакопеи РФ 12-го издания. С 2000 г. по 2004 г. член секретариата Фор-мулярного комитета Минздрава РФ. В 2005 г. защитил докторскую диссертацию на тему «Стандар-тизация и контроль качества лекарственных средств группы фторхинолонов» (научный консуль-тант – академик РАМН А.П. Арзамасцев). В 2006 г. перешел на должность доцента, затем профес-сора кафедры фармацевтической химии с курсом токсикологической химии ММА им. И.М. Сечено-ва. В 2006 г. присвоена высшая квалификационная категория по специальности «фармацевтиче-ская химия и фармакогнозия». Ученое звание профессора присвоено в 2008 г. С 2007 г. работает также в должности заместителя декана фармацевтического факультета ММА им. И.М. Сеченова по вечерней форме обучения. С 2005 г. член совета и научный редактор российского издания Фармакопеи США – Национального формуляра. В 2009 г. входил в состав рабочей группы Росзд-равнадзора по разработке программы внедрения экспресс-метода по контролю качества лекарст-венных средств и создания передвижных экспресс-лабораторий в целях борьбы с недоброкачест-венной продукцией и фальсификатами. С 2010 г. является официальным наблюдателем Конвен-ции Фармакопеи США от Первого МГМУ им. И.М. Сеченова. Также с 2010 г. зам. председателя ко-миссии по анализу лекарственных препаратов Научного совета РАН по аналитической химии. Ав-тор более 100 научных публикаций. Научно-практические интересы: современные аналитические методы, гармонизация фармакопейных требований, разработка и применение стандартных образ-цов, разработка нормативной документации, выявление фальсифицированных лекарственных средств, оснащение испытательных центров, программное обеспечение и вычислительная техни-ка.

Pavlov He begun his professional activity as a scientific officer in the laboratory of functional human brain asymmetry in the Institute of evolutional physiology and biochemistry RAS named after I.M. Sechenov. 1990 -He presented a thesis based on his investigations which were made during his work as a main psychiatrist in the laboratory of the 3rd Psychiatric hospital named after I.I. Skvortsov-Stepanov. Furthermore he defended 2 dissertations in psychiatry and normal physiology which were dedicated to the coordination of the cerebral hemispheres in order to maintain the cognitive functions in normal conditions and in cases of endogenic psychosis. He is the author of more than 250 scientific works, including 7 monographs ,handbooks and guides such as: “Age-dependent narcology, “ Clinical and psychological aspects of behavioral disorders in youth»,» Nonchemical addictions”,etc Nowadays Alexey Egorov is the head of the laboratory of neurophysiology and behavioral pathology of the medical faculty of the Saint Petersburg Sate University. Professor of the psychiatry department of the Saint Petersburg Medical Academy of Further Education(SPMAFF), member of the interdepartmental scientific council “ About age-dependent development, management and rehabilitation” attached to the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences(RAMS),Russian Academy of Education(RAE), Ministry of Health and Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation. Alexey Egorv is an academic of the Russian department of the International Academy of Sciences. He continues working as a psychiatrist and narcologist in the 3rd Psychiatric hospital named after I.I. She is the author of 200 scientific works and a patent owner of 12 scientific inventions.

Зиганшин А.У., доктор медицинских наук, профессор, заведующий кафедрой фармакологии фармацевтического факультета с курсами фармакогнозии и ботаники, проректор по международной деятельности Казанского государственного медицинского университета, Заслуженный деятель науки Республики Татарстан, лауреат Государственной премии Республики Татарстан в области науки и техники. Поступил на лечебно-профилактический факультет Казанского государственного медицинского института (КГМИ) в 1977 году. В годы студенчества был председателем Совета студенческого научного общества института, в летнее время работал студенческих строительных отрядах, был комиссаром одного из отрядов. В 1983 году закончил с отличием институт и в тот же год поступил в аспирантуру при кафедре фармакологии КГМИ. В 1986 году завершил аспирантуру защитой кандидатской диссертации. В 1987 году начал работать ассистентом кафедры фармакологии КГМИ, в 1988 году был назначен заведующим патентным отделом КГМИ, а с 1992 года стал заведующим ЦНИЛ КГМИ. В 1992-95 годах находился за рубежом, проходя научную стажировку в Университетском Колледже Лондона, Великобритания. В конце 1995 года защитил докторскую диссертацию (утверждена ВАКом в 1996 году). В 1995 году стал старшим преподавателем, а в 1996 – профессором кафедры фармакологии Казанского государственного медицинского университета (КГМУ). С 1998 по 2009 год был деканом фармацевтического факультета КГМУ. С июня 2009 г. является проректором по международной деятельности КГМУ. В 2002 году был назначен и до сих пор является председателем специализированного диссертационного совета Д 208.034.01 при КГМУ по защите докторских диссертаций В 2004 году был избран и является заведующим кафедрой фармакологии фармацевтического факультета с курсами фармакогнозии и ботаники КГМУ. В 2004 и 2006 годах становился победителем университетского конкурса в номинации «Лучший лектор КГМУ». В 2004 году был награжден почетным званием «Заслуженный деятель науки Республики Татарстан». В 2007 году стал лауреатом Государственной премии Республики Татарстан в области науки и техники. За последние 10 лет был обладателем десятка российских и международных грантов на научные исследования, общая сумма которых составила более 3,5 млн. рублей и более 130 тыс. английских фунтов стерлингов. Зиганшин А.У. является членом редакционной коллегии журнала «Autonomic Neuroscience: Basic and Clinical» (издается в Лондоне), ответственным секретарем «Казанского медицинского журнала», членом Формулярно-терапевтического комитета Минздрава Республики Татарстан. На 1 сентября 2010 г. Зиганшин А.У. имеет более 200 опубликованных научных трудов, из них 2 монографии, 6 справочников лекарственных средств, 4 патента, 15 учебно-методических работ, более 100 статей в ведущих центральных зарубежных и российских журналах. Под его руководством защищена одна докторская и 7 кандидатских диссертаций.

В 1984 году стал главным врачом городской поликлиники №20 г.Казани, в 1989 – главным врачом городской клинической больницы №18 г.Казани, одновременно являясь главным врачом Приволжского района города Казани, с 1991 года. В 1994—2007 годах возглавлял Министерство здравоохранения Республики Татарстан. В 1996 году защитил диссертацию на соискание ученой степени кандидата медицинских наук. В 2000 году защитил докторскую диссертацию на тему «Здоровье населения и оптимизация управления системой здравоохранения в крупном промышленно-сельскохозяйственном регионе (на примере Республики Татарстан). Назначен ректором ГОУ ДПО «Казанская государственная медицинская академия» в сентябре 2007 года. Автор более 250 научных работ, и в том числе трех монографий, посвященных организационным проблемам здравоохранения, комплексному влиянию социальных, экономических и экологических факторов на здоровье населения и путям улучшения его состояния, имеет патенты на изобретения.

Since 2004 Grigory Igorevich worked as the head of laboratory at the drug safety department, as the head of price regulation department of the Federal State Institution of Roszdravnadzor, chief expert of the department of high technology medical help of the Russian Ministry of Health and Social Development. His official rank is Russian Federation Civil Service reader of the 3rd class. He is an author of 55 scientific papers on topics such as haematology/oncology, microelements in toxicology. Those papers were published in Russia and abroad. Also Grigory Igorevich has 2 patents and 2 manuals on toxicological chemistry (2008, 2010, Moscow, GEOTAR-Media).

Kaletina Natalia Ivanovna was born on July the 20th 1943 in Moscow. In 1965 she graduated with honours from the First Moscow Medical Institute named after I.M. Sechenov (Moscow Medical Academy, the First Moscow Medical University) as a pharmacist. In 1965-2006 she worked as an assistant and associate professor at the department of organic chemistry, as a professor at the department of analytical chemistry and as the head of the toxicological chemistry department. Since 2007 Natalia Ivanovna is a professor of the department “Expertise in doping and drug-abuse control” of the Russian Chemical-Engineering University named after D.I. Mendeleev. She received a PhD in pharmaceutical sciences in 1968, became a doctor of biology in 1982. In 2006 she received a status of an academician of the Russian Academy of Medical and Technological Sciences. She is an editorial board member of the Journal “Microelements in Medicine”. Natalia Ivanovna is a member of presidium and the head of section of medical and biological problems of the Russian medical elementology society. She is an author of 212 publications published in Russia and abroad. С 1972 года начал работу в Фармакологическом комитете Минздрава СССР в качестве учёного секретаря, зам. Председателя, а с 1983 по1994 год – председателя Комитета. В 1989 году по его инициативе был организован Всесоюзный государственный центр экспертизы лекарств и он стал его первым директором. С 1989 по 1992 годы работал в Минздраве СССР в должности заместителя министра-начальника Главного управления науки и медицинских технологий. В 1997 году по его инициативе в России был организован Федеральный центр по контролю безопасности лекарств. С 1998 по 2006 годы работал в штаб-квартире Всемирной организации здравоохранения (ВОЗ) в качестве заместителя и специального советника Генерального директора. C сентября 2007 года является руководителем Федерального центра мониторинга безопасности лекарств. С 1985 года по настоящее время руководит кафедрой общей и клинической фармакологии Российского университета дружбы народов. В качестве эксперта Всемирной организации здравоохранения принимал участие в разработке и явился одним из основоположников международных стандартов по оценке лекарственных средств (Good laboratory Practice, Good clinical practice).

Chancellor of the Volgograd State Medical University, head of the Chair of Clinical Pharmacology and Intensive Care. V.I. Petrov is an author of over 700 publications, 2 monographs, 5 text-books, several handbooks for doctors. He is a coauthor and one of chief editors of the National Handbook for Clinical Pharmacology (2009). His major works were devoted to the study of cardiovascular effects and the mechanism of the effect of neuroactive amino acids and their new analogues. At present V.I. Petrov is well-known for his works in the field of clinical pharmacology of cardiovascular and antiallergic drugs, development of antiviral drugs, pharmacoepidemiology and pharmacoeconomics, evidence-based medicine. Being a founder of an influential research school, V.I. Petrov has been research advisor for 27 doctors of sciences and 110 candidates of sciences who are now working all over Russia and abroad. Besides his administrative duties and research, V.I. Petrov is actively in-volved in public activity. He is a member of RAMS presidium, full member of five international academies of sciences, head of Council for doctor dissertations in Pharmacology and Clinical Pharmacology at VolSMU, chairman of the all-Russian task group in clinical pharmacology at RAMS, a leading outside consultant in clinical pharmacology for the Ministry for Public Health and Social Development of Russian Federation, chairman of the committee on clinical pharmacology at the review board of the Ministry for Public Health and Social Development of Russian Federation, president of the Association of Clinical Pharmacologists, a trans-regional non-governmental organization. The most recent major projects by V.I. He was a resident and a post-graduate student at the Department of Pediatrics of Pirogov Moscow State Medical Institute. In 1971 he presented his thesis “Selected Aspects of Prediabetes in Children”. After this for 20 years he worked at the Department of Pediatric Propedeutics at Russian State Medical University. Since 1990 he has been working as a professor at the Department of Clinical Pharmacology at Russian State Medical University. His Doctorate thesis (2003) is devoted to the safety of phtorchinols pediatric prescription. He is a member of VAK (High Attestation Comission)? a member of editorial board of the following journals: Pediatric Pharmacology, The Bulletin of Pediatric Pharmacology and Nutrition. Areas of professional interest: clinical application of antibiotics, anticonvulsants in pediatrics, pharmacovigilance. He is the author of over 150 publications.

В 1969 - 1973 гг. - аспирант, младший научный сотрудник и ассистент кафедры молекулярной фармакологии и радиобиологии 2-го ММИ им. Н.И.Пирогова. С 1973 по 1986 гг. - заведующий лабораторией фармакогенетики 2-го ММИ им. Н.И.Пирогова. С января 1991 г. - директор НИИ фармакологии РАМН. Середенин С.Б. является известным ученым-фармакологом. Им впервые в стране в 2-м МОЛГМИ им. Н.И.Пирогова организована лаборатория и развернуты современные научные направления - экспериментальная фармакогенетика, фармакология мутагенеза. Впервые в мире С.Б.Середенин экспериментально доказал зависимость фармакологических эффектов психотропных средств от наследственно контролируемого типа ответа на эмоционально-стрессовое воздействие, обосновал необходимость создания новых поколений нейропсихотропных сресдтв, влияние которых должно быть направлено на определенный фенотип эмоционально-стрессовой реакции. Being a student of Kazan State Medical University Guzel Ulumbekova began her medical career from a job of nursing aid, then a nurse. In 1985 she graduated from the University with honors degree in “Medical Care” to start working on probation as a doctor at a rural district hospital. Then she pursued her study as a resident of Internal Diseases Subdepartment of the same University. From 1987 to 1990 she was a PhD student of Research Institute of General Pathology and Pathologic Physiology of USSR Academy of Medical Sciences in Moscow. In 1994 Guzel Ulumbekova established and through 2006 was at the head of medical publishing company “GEOTAR-Media”, which is currently the largest medical publisher in Russia (more that 1200 titles). In 1999 – 2000 she was a collegium member of “ITAR-TASS” and was holding the post of Publications and Printing Dicetor. In 2004 Mrs. Ulumbekova set up and through 2007 leaded a healthcare management consulting company “Complex Medical Consult”, which performed the services in the field of health care modernizing for such clients as RF Ministry of Health and Social Development, Compulsory Health Insurance Fund, OAO “RZhD” and many other. Окончила Мари-Турекскую среднюю школу с золотой медалью в 1966 году. С отличием завершила обучение в Казанском государственном медицинском институте в 1972 году. Закончила аспирантуру на кафедре фармакологии в 1975 году с досрочной защитой кандидатской диссертации. В области фармакологии работает с 1969 года. Основные направления научных исследований посвящены поиску, изучению механизма действия и внедрению новых лекарственных веществ среди продуктов химического синтеза. Впервые, ею были обоснованы ноотропные, антидепрессантные, антиишемические свойства новых неантихолинэстеразных фосфорорганических соединений; расшифрованы нейрохимические и нейрометаболические механизмы, реализующие церебропротекторные свойства ФОС. Неантихолинэстеразное фосфорорганическое вещество – препарат димефосфон внедрен в практическую медицину в качестве лекарства нормализующего функцию ЦНС при различных патологиях мозга. Многолетний опыт ее работы в области онкофармакологии явился весомым вкладом для внедрения противоопухолевого препарата – глицифон для лечения рака кожи. Инновационными являются результаты исследования о биологической активности органических соединений ванадия, комплексов и композиций аминокислот с микроэлементами и другие. Занимается проблемами репродуктивной безопасности лекарственных препаратов, фармакотерапии невынашивания беременности, климактерического синдрома, расширению показаний к применению в практической медицине лекарственных препаратов. Несомненный интерес представляют исследования, касающиеся оценки качества жизни, фармакоэкономического обоснования внедрения новых генерических препаратов и оценки их биоэквивалентности. Она является автором 19 авторских свидетельств и патентов на изобретения. Ею опубликовано более 400 работ. Изданы 4 монографии. Под ее руководством выполнены и защищены 18 кандидатских и 3 докторские диссертаций. С 2009 года Заместитель начальника Управления организации государственного контроля обращения медицинской продукции, начальник отдела мониторинга эффективности и безопасности медицинской продукции Росздравнадзора. Курирует вопросы обеспечения безопасности лекарственных средств и медицинских изделий. Принимала активное участие в разработке концепции государственного контроля безопасности средств медицинского применения, проводила работу по содействию организации региональных центров мониторинга безопасности лекарственных средств в субъектах Российской Федерации. Работала над подготовкой предложений Росздравнадзора к нормативным правовым актам в области контроля безопасности медицинской продукции, осуществляла разработку и внедрение в практику электронной системы сбора и анализа данных о нежелательных реакциях лекарственных средств. Родился в 1978 году в городе Челябинске. В 2001 году окончил педиатрический факультет Челябинской государственной медицинской академии и затем (в 2002 году) клиническую интернатуру, клиническую ординатуру (в 2004 году) на кафедре детских болезней данной академии. В 2004 поступил в очную аспирантуру на кафедру профпатологии и клинической фармакологии ЧелГМА. С 2004 года работает в отделении клинической фармакологии в Клинике ГОУ ВПО "ЧелГМА Росздрава", совмещая внештатную должность члена регионального центра по регистрации неблагоприятных побочных реакций на лекарственные средства. В 2007 году успешно защитил кандидатскую диссертацию, посвященную мониторингу неблагоприятных побочных реакций лекарственных препаратов в амбулаторно-поликлиническом учреждении на современном этапе. Является автором более 30 научных работ в области клинической фармакологии. Помимо медицинских увлечений полупрофессионально занимается программированием, включая медицинскую сферу. С 2005 года внедрил несколько программных продуктов собственной разработки. Выписка льготных рецептов, автоматизация регистратуры. Но основные программные разработки внедрены в разделе клиническая фармакология. С 2009 года является автором и создателем проекта АРМ клинического фармаколога PharmSuite. В свободное от работы и программирования время занимается сведением музыки. В августе 1997 г. прошел стажировку на “Fouth INDEPTH Training Course on Teaching Rational Drug Therapy” в Гронингеме в Нидерландах, после чего направил свои усилия на развитие в России научных подходов фармацевтического образования, осно-ванных на концепции Всемирной организации здравоохранения «Рационального исполь-зования лекарств». Ученая степень доктора медицинских наук по специальности «Фармакология» присуждена ВАК СССР в 1988 году. Ученое звание профессора по специальности «Фармакология» присвоено ВАК РФ в 1994 году. Яворский А. Н. фармаколог высшей квалификации, подготовил в качестве научного руководителя и научного консультанта 8 кандидатов наук, автор более 200 научных публикаций. Работая в должности руководителя научно-аналитического отдела ФГБУ Научный центр экспертизы средств медицинского применения Минздравсоцразвития России (ФГБУ «НЦЭСМП» МЗСР РФ) принимает участие в организации и координации научных исследований в структурных подразделениях Научного центра. Яворский А. Н., как ученый секретарь Ученого совета ФГБУ «НЦЭСМП» МЗСР РФ, обеспечивает процесс планирования и контроля за выполнением плана научно-исследовательских работ и плана подготовки научных кадров Научного центра. Яворский А. Н. в течение 10 лет ведет преподавательскую работу, читая лекции по лекарствоведению в различных циклах дополнительного профессионального образования проводимых в ФГБУ «НЦЭСМП» МЗСР РФ и Государственном университете – Высшая школа экономики.

Dr Peter R Mansfield is a general practitioner in Willunga, South Australia and a Lecturer in the Discipline of General Practice, University of Adelaide. In 1983 during Peter’s final year medical student elective in Bangladesh he conceived the Medical Lobby for Appropriate Marketing. MaLAM Inc used mass letter writing similar to Amnesty International to encourage pharmaceutical companies to improve their marketing practices. In 2000 MaLAM Inc became Healthy Skepticism Inc. Healthy Skepticism is an international non-profit association with the main aim of improving health by reducing harm from misleading drug promotion. Healthy Skepticism provides research, education and advocacy services. As of 5 September 2010 Healthy Skepticism had 2821 subscribers living in 118 countries plus 229 members living in 27 countries. Peter is the author or co-author of 27 articles and 26 letters about drug promotion in peer-reviewed journals. He was awarded a Flinders University Convocation Medal in 2003 and an Order of Australia Medal in 2007. Peter has presented seminars on drug promotion in Asia, Australia, Europe, North and South America.
