Whats a good headline for dating profiles

How do you rise above 1000s of profiles in an Online Dating Site? Cool - now I’ve got a setting for a 2 minute fantasy, and I want to know more about him!

You’ve only got a couple of seconds to make a lasting impression. Think about this, dear friends - When you scan the profiles over your rare coffee break - which ones grab your 7 1/2 spare minutes?

Now imagine you’re the guy on the other end of the mouse - you know - the hot one you were just peeking at.

My internet dating career was successful because of my profile.

What I stumbled upon accidentally, turned out to be my greatest asset.

I did one simple thing to make me stand out from the crowd.

Your dating profile either gets attention from the wrong type of person, or gets totally ignored.

Sometimes you doubt anyone is going to love you again. If your profile is sending the wrong message, then that gorgeous, fascinating, almost perfect partner is not going to notice you. It took me exactly two and a half weeks to find the man of my dreams.

Within two days I had made it to number #3 in the top 100 women in my age group.

None of this was because I’m exceptionally stunning or unique.

This guy shows a playful and light personality that seems to match the mischievous grin in his profile pic. Do you notice how this headline not only uses a little humor, but it targets a certain kind of lady. Hardy would like to meet an avid reader, or perhaps his dream girl is an adventurer with a passion for nostalgia.

Either way, he was clever to craft towards a particular kind of girl with something interesting. These days, we have to grab our moments - not mosey into them. We want more excitement but we have less time to enjoy it.

This isn’t a philosophical comment on societal morals - it is simply reality. Can we make it easier for your Prince Charming to find you?

I routinely scan the dating sites to help my clients find their own Prince Charmings, and I make a game of trying to find the best headlines.
